Conditions of sale

These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Influence Sport and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Influence Sport merchant site for all consumers. The acquisition of a good through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale. These terms of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by Influence Sport. Influence Sport reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

The prices

The prices listed on the website are in Canadian dollars excluding sales taxes GST and QST. They will be added upon acceptance of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The prices displayed on the website may differ from the prices in store. The influencesport.com online store is independent of the Influence Sport Inc. store. Some promotions may only be offered in one location. The price of each product is displayed next to each item offered on the site. Shipping costs and taxes are extra. Influence sport Inc. reserves the right to change the price of the products offered on the site at any time and without notice. It is understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Payment methods

The price is payable upon ordering. Payments will be made by credit card; they will be made through the secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network. The buyer’s account will only be debited when the available products are shipped and only for the amount of the products sent including taxes and the cost of delivery.

Shipping

The online store ships outside of Canada. However, you must allow for additional costs for shipping fees as well as foreign currency conversion.

Shipping fees

We use the fastest carrier between UPS, FEDEX and Purolator. Shipping rates are calculated based on the origin, destination, weight and size of your item and the options chosen. The customer will be able to view a complete summary of the transaction; purchase price, taxes (TPS, TVQ), shipping costs and delivery time. The customer will have the opportunity to modify their options if they wish before the final acceptance of their transaction.

Delivery standards and times are established by the carrier and not by Influence Sport.

An order processing confirmation email will be sent to customers.

Address error

If the order you placed is returned to us directly by the postal services due to an address error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will contact you to have your exact address in order to reship the package.

Coupon codes

Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotion. Only one code can be applied per transaction. They are also only valid at the online store. In the event that the promotional code leads to a dollar discount on the order value, the total order must be greater than the discount. Otherwise, no discount will be applied.

Products availability

The product offer is subject to stock availability. If, for reasons beyond our control, the product you order is no longer available, we undertake to inform you immediately. If a product is out of stock for a period of more than 10 (ten) days from receipt of your order, we will inform you immediately. Characteristics of the products offered
The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Influence Sport website. These products are offered within the limits of available stocks. Each product is accompanied by a description established in part by the supplier. Despite the care we take in presenting our products in our sales documents, Influence Sport Inc. does not guarantee their accuracy and cannot claim that they are reliable and complete. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible, but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

Returns

To return an item, you must contact us at (418) 614-6376 or by email at info@influencesport.com. We will evaluate your request and explain the details and procedure for the return as well as the refund. The returned product must have its original labels and must be in its original box. The returned product must not have been worn. The product must be returned within fifteen (15) days of the shipping date. Upon receipt of the returned product, any amount debited for this item, except shipping costs, will be credited as soon as possible, provided that the product being returned is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you and that it complies with our exchange and return policy. The refund is effective on the purchase price as well as taxes, shipping costs in either direction will be at your expense. The product with any customization will not be refundable or exchangeable. When you borrow samples for fittings, you agree to return them in new condition and within a reasonable time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you for them.
