Shipping
The online store ships outside of Canada. However, you must allow for additional costs for shipping fees as well as foreign currency conversion.
Shipping costs
We use the fastest carrier between UPS, FEDEX and Purolator. Shipping rates are calculated according to the origin, destination, weight and size of your item and the options selected. The customer will be able to view a complete summary of the transaction: purchase price, taxes (GST, QST), shipping costs and delivery time. Customers may modify their options if they wish, before final acceptance of their transaction.
Delivery standards and times are established by the carrier and not by Influence Sport.
An order processing confirmation email will be sent to customers.
Address error
If the order you placed is returned to us directly by the postal services due to an address error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will contact you to get your correct address in order to reship the package.
Returns To return an item, you must contact us at (418) 614-6376 or by email at info@influencesport.com. We will evaluate your request and explain the details and procedure for the return as well as the refund. The returned product must have its original labels and must be in its original box. The returned product must not have been worn. The product must be returned within fifteen (15) days of the shipping date. Upon receipt of the returned product, any amount debited for this item, except shipping costs, will be credited as soon as possible, provided that the product being returned is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you and that it complies with our exchange and return policy. The refund is effective on the purchase price as well as taxes, shipping costs in either direction will be at your expense. The product with any customization will not be refundable or exchangeable. When you borrow samples for fittings, you agree to return them in new condition and within a reasonable time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you for them.
